Terms of use
A simple agreement for trying Perri.
These terms apply to the private alpha of Perri Review, a product of EdTech Panda LLC. They are intentionally short while the product is being tested.

By using Perri
You confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have authority to submit the material, and accept these Terms of Use and the Privacy Notice.
What Perri does
Perri provides an AI-assisted second look at educational material. It points to places an educator may want to consider and may check selected factual claims. Perri reviews; it does not rewrite the material.
Perri does not certify that material is accurate, safe, legally compliant, accessible, aligned to standards or policy, or ready for a classroom. Its observations may be incomplete or mistaken. The educator or organization remains responsible for the final decision and any required review.
What you may submit
- Submit only material you have the right and authority to use.
- Remove identifiable student information, including names, IDs, contact details, individual grades, and sensitive student records.
- Do not submit unlawful, harmful, confidential, or security-sensitive content that you are not authorized to share.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, overload, or misuse Perri or its providers.
Your material and Perri’s review
You keep your rights in the material you submit. You give EdTech Panda LLC the limited permission needed to process it, provide the review, protect the service, and meet legal obligations. You may use and download the review for your own educational or organizational work.
Private-alpha availability
Invitation access is personal, non-transferable, and subject to its associated expiration date and review limit. The alpha is provided as available for testing and may change, pause, fail, or end without notice. To the extent permitted by law, EdTech Panda LLC provides it without warranties and is not responsible for decisions made solely from a Perri review or for indirect or consequential loss.
Invited testers also agree to the Private Alpha Agreement.
Changes and questions
We may update these terms as Perri develops. Material changes will be identified before they apply to continued use. Questions can be directed to EdTech Panda LLC through the contact channel provided with your alpha access.
