Private alpha agreement
A shared understanding for testing Perri.
This agreement applies to invited testers receiving early access to Perri Review, a product of EdTech Panda LLC.

Private, invited access
Your invitation and access link are personal and may not be transferred or shared. Perri may limit, suspend, or end access during the alpha.
Confidentiality
Until EdTech Panda LLC makes the information public, you agree not to publicly distribute Perri’s non-public interface, screenshots, recordings, roadmap information, testing instructions, or other confidential product details.
You may use Perri’s review in your own educational work and may paste it into an AI tool you choose as part of Perri’s intended revision workflow. You may also discuss Perri privately with EdTech Panda LLC and provide testing feedback.
Your material and feedback
You retain your rights in material you submit. Perri receives only the limited permission needed to process it and provide the review. Operational testing records may be retained as described in the Privacy Notice.
Sharing the full material and review with the EdTech Panda product team for evaluation is optional and requires a separate choice after the review. Feedback you intentionally provide may be used to improve Perri.
Tester responsibilities
- You are at least 18 years old and have authority to submit the material.
- You will remove identifiable student information before submitting anything.
- You will follow Perri’s Terms of Use and Privacy Notice.
- You understand that Perri is experimental and does not certify classroom readiness, compliance, accuracy, or safety.
Alpha availability
Access expires on the date or review limit associated with your invitation, whichever occurs first. The alpha is provided for evaluation, may change without notice, and may sometimes be unavailable.
